Description
Old grape variety. Even before the Romans there was the Elbling on the Moselle. In addition to the pressed grape must, entire berries were also fermented here. The phenolics obtained is unusual for Elbling. But it fits very well into this wine. In the nose there is a slight spice of lush herbs. These aromas continue on the palate and are also noticeable by an accented adstringence.
