The Pünderich Marienburg location is located on the opposite bank of Pünderich and is oriented towards south to southeast. 

In the original area of ​​the Pünderich Marienburg, directly below the former Marienburg monastery, the gray slate dominates. The vineyards are about 30 years old. Only healthy and high -maturity grapes are used for the large plants.
