Description:
Aromas of peach, white fruits and flowers. In taste, slightly mineral notes are joined - and yellow apple and white peach. A very animating wine with a fine structure and fruit.
The grapes made of Püünderich slopes provide the basis for this cabinet. After fermentation up to approx. 7.5 to 8 % vol. Alcohol is cooled and the fermentation is stopped. The still existing sweetness remains, so that a unique balance between fine residual sweetness, animating acidity and beautiful minerality arises. As an aperitif or Asian cuisine as well as the light dessert, the cabinet is an excellent companion.
