This mutation from the Sauvignon Blanc finds an increasing distribution on the Moselle and in Volker Pazen a winemaker who knows how to deal with it. Anyone who gets involved is surprised - but a very balanced food companion but also a successful wine that lets the completed day celebrate. The recommendation is clearly on buying as long as it is still there!
