Description
Herbal fragrance with quiet yellow -fruity flavors and clear minerals. Clear juicy fruit, delicate, slightly salty, finer bite, sustainably with a nice length and a sweet and tart finish. 

The grapes for this wine grow on the gray slate of the Püünderich steep slopes -mostly in somewhat higher parcels. This soil gives the Riesling its unmistakable minerality and the flavors reminiscent of white or yellow peaches. 

The grapes were harvested at the end of October with approx. 85-90 ° Oechsle. Spontaneously fermented in the old fuder barrel and after about 10 months of barrel maturity filled.
