Our experimental wine from Pur Moselle: Here we are trying out as a newcomer organic venue in self-experiment. Among other things, we also try to support new technological paths, such as plant protection with flight drones.
Our is presented in the glass First wine as a delicate lemon yellow with light green reflexes. The citrus note shapes the wine on the nose and has an invigorating effect. Limet and apple with a hint of bergamot harmonize with the fine sweetness on the tongue. A fresh and now already expressive Riesling with moderate alcohol that holds back and supports the balance of sweetness and fruit. With only 9 % alcohol, a wine that is ideal as a meal companion and promises high drinking fun. The “freestyle castle” is particularly suitable for Asian cuisine with light sharpness or also in fish and poultry dishes.
